8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Client assumes implementation responsibility

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: 48-hour notice required
• Refunds: Prorated based on work completed
• Non-refundable: Work already delivered or in progress

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Immediately for material breach

Upon termination:
